Flag football was already one of the fastest growing sports in the country, and it just received a major boost in  Galveston county with a new league, Coach Reggie  NFL FLAG Football.

The league will provide access to premier coaching, NFL gear and apparel, and exclusive training tips from Reggie & other NFL players. All NFL FLAG participants will also be eligible to compete in the NFL FLAG tournament series, with a chance to compete at the NFL FLAG Championship.

The program is open to boys and girls between the ages of 4 and 14. Locations include League City, Webster, Kemah, Dickinson, and La Marque , and more are expected to be added throughout the year. Registration is currently open through April, with the spring season beginning in early April and running through late May. Games will be played exclusively on Sunday afternoons. We will not conflict with your tackle season. This could also help recruit more athletes to play during your tackle season. We would love to have your athletes participate in our inaugural season.

With the health and safety of athletes and staff in mind, all games will follow NFL FLAG Return-to-Play Protocol, as well as federal, state, and local COVID-19 guidelines. All events will be subject to change, delays and/or cancellation depending on the recommended COVID-19 safety measures.

Reggie became a Owner and Chairman of NFL FLAG in January of 2021, joining a program with over 1,600 locally operated leagues and over 500,000 youth athletes throughout the U.S. While his long-term stated goal is to help increase the global reach of the sport, starting in the local Seattle metro area is an important first step.

Coach Reggie  played football for the University of Kentucky and continued his football career as a NFL cornerback for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Seattle Seahawks and San Diego Chargers . Reggie Learned early what it takes to become successful. He knows first-hand what a disadvantage it can be to not have the proper information and resources. Lacking the proper NCAA requirements, he was forced to go to the junior college route prior to playing at UNiversity of Kentucky , but determination, commitment, and an open mind helped him succeed before, during and after pro sports. Reggie has been assisting young students for the past 15 years, giving them instruction on how to be successful on and off the field. He has helped so many athletes reach their fullest potential, many of them attending universities such as Texas, Texas A&M, Houston Baptist, Texas state, Kingsville Texas, ETBU, Mc Neese Univ, North Western, Notre Dame, Univ of Houston, Navy, Air Force not to mention, multiple smaller universities and junior colleges.
